Essendon Fields
Essendon Airport played a significant role in Melbourne’s economic growth, having served as the city’s international and domestic airport until 1970.
Since 2001, the Fox and Beck families have adopted a long-term approach to maximising the potential of Essendon Fields. Immediate construction at Essendon Fields will create over 1,100 jobs by 2018 and $110m in construction activity.
Today, Essendon Fields comprises Essendon Airport and six other centres of excellences including Auto Centro, DFO and Homemaker Centre, Business District, Leisure District, LaManna Direct and Hyatt Place Hotel (opening early 2017) with adjoining restaurant, bar and The Australian Events Centre.
Caulfield Village
BECK Property Group, working with its partner ProBuild, is creating something special in Melbourne – a new neighborhood in classic Caulfield. When it is completed, Caulfield Village will have a project value worth in excess of $1.2 billion and be a comprehensive a mixed use development created over more than a decade spilt into three precincts.
